    Thorough and honest assessment of what my car needed. I researched the various recommended fluid changes, etc. that they were recommending with miles on car and it was exactly what every reputable source said to do if you "intended to keep the vehicle."
    Very courteous, washed the car and had fresh popcorn in the waiting room!
