  It's kind of refreshing to have work done by somebody that is thorough, and obviously cares about what he does. I've alway been a little scared to hear somebody tell me what might be wrong with my zero-clearance fireplace. Scott's recommendations made absolute sense. Some of the items I regarded as potential damage required no repair... other items that I had no previous knowledge of required repair. Regardless... I fully understood Scott's recommendations and trusted him. I have no doubt that he sought to recommend the repairs that were necessary for safety... without running up costs for unnecessary repairs.

  I have used Chimney Doctor for years and recently had inspections and cleanings at two homes that we own. I was instantly reminded of how professional, competent, friendly, and reasonably priced this company is. They arrive on time, do great work in a timely fashion, and clean up beautifully before they leave. It's so hard to rely on contractors these days. I've had some very dicey experiences lately! What a relief to work with the Chimney Doc crew. I'm prompted to write because it was such a delight and a reminder that it is possible to get the best job done when you rely on the best companies. I would highly recommend Chimney Doctor to anyone. You will never be disappointed!
