  Koberl at Blue is a cozy restaurant that also offers fine cuisine. The wait staff is especially helpful and friendly w/o being intrusive.
  
  Our server was Keelie, and she captured the right mix of friendliness, information and discreet service. Possibly a promotion or raise for her?
  
  I had the Colorado rack of lamb which was totally wonderful. My dessert of chocolate mousse was great! and low-carb, too!
  
  My husband had the calves liver which he sure doesn’t get at home! He loved it along w/ the beet salad.
  
  This is the closest to perfect as a restaurant can be!
