  Crystal Springs hardly ever delivered the water we paid for. On two separate occasions they missed a delivery. We called several times in the following week to have the delivery made. False promises of a delivery ASAP(usually that day or the next day) were made. First time we threatened to cancel service, they promised to deliver on time as contractually agreed upon. Second time around (shortly afterwards) we decided to cancel for good. If you want a water delivery service that doesn't deliver, Crystal Springs is the choice for you!
