  If I Could put negative stars as a review I would.
  
  This is the worst place to go for anything. The worst customer service literally the sales, service, mechanics will all lie to your face.
  
  If your are expecting something to be done in a timely manner FORGET ABOUT IT. If you are looking to get ripped off and waste your time and money this is the place to go. If you dropped everything you were doing right now and went to motorcycle mechanic school, you would still stand a better chance of fixing your bike before they could.
  Once these guys had your money, hearing back from them is damn near impossible. Really bad place to have any work done. The manager makes things up about what is wrong with your bike, then tries to shift the blame when he can't fix it. He will lie to your face and misrepresent the facts in order to get you to pay more. Save your money by going anywhere else. Given the quality of work they do, I would suggest getting a second opinion from a reputable dealer if you are thinking about buying anything they sell. I think most of the positive reviews are from friends because I don't know anyone who has anything good to say about this place.

  I've had great experiences with these guys every time, since they were at their old location, as well. They've helped me with my Kawasaki KLR650 and more recently with my BMW R1150RT. They have always been great to deal with, service is always top-notch & knowledgeable, and prices fair (even for my BMW). They have one of the best BMW guys from Santa Barbara to the Bay Area. Recommended!
