    I went to Athlon in preparation for hip replacement surgery. I wanted to increase strength in my legs and hips in hopes of an easier recovery. It worked! Andy was awesome and helped modify exercises to challenge me but not overdo the limitations I had due to some major arthritis in my hips. Would recommend Athlon to anyone of any ability -- they are great at meeting you where you are!
