  We stopped in to pick up a bicycle box at the end of a bike tour. These guys not only helpfully provided us with a box but also removed a couple of sticky bolts on our racks and added a cap to a fraying cable end. Sure, it only took a couple of minutes but to do that stuff without charge was great help to us and very much appreciated. They clearly run an excellent shop.
