  Rude Staff they act like I could not get my contacts transfered to a old phone. Since my new one just broke. He did not help at all just made situation worse with his negative attitude. Went across the street to the Costco kiosks and Jordan helped me he even helped get my insurance claim started. Thanks Jordan at Costco kiosk I think the At&t should evaluate there customers this is the 2nd time I've been to the At&t store both visits where a major fail.
